Raymond Tang obtained his Bachelor of Computer Engineering and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (P.C.LL.) in Hong Kong. He is knowledgeable on computer and Internet engineering and has been a member of the Hong Kong Computer Society and professional consultant of IT Easy.
He joined Yip, Tse & Tang in 2002. He has been concentrating on the practice of personal insolvency: debtor's petitions and individual voluntary arrangements (IVA). He also practises criminal defence. He has advised hundreds of debtors on these aspects and is one of the leading and well-known insolvency practitioners in Hong Kong.
