Charles Tse is a partner of Yip, Tse & Tang. He is a Notary Public and a Civil Celebrant of Marriages.
He obtained his law degree at the University of Hong Kong in 1990. He is a participant in the Summer Advocacy School, University of Hong Kong. He practises extensively as a litigator and advocate on personal injuries actions including employees compensation claims and traffic accident claims. He has represented hundreds of injured victims on compensation claims happened either in workplace or traffic accidents. He heads the Personal Injuries Department of Yip, Tse & Tang and is a leading practitioner on injuries compensation claims.
Charles was admitted as a partner of Yip, Tse & Tang in 1995.
He lectures extensively outside his office legal practice and frequently writes articles on legal subjects in Hong Kong's prominent newspapers such as Hong Kong Economic Times. He is a CPD lecturer on employee's compensation and personal injuries.
